Since 2018, Jason Bayliffe the founder and owner of Broadtown Brewery has been working on a range of Gin recipes that he feels signifies the importance of our unique culture of small batch Distilling in the UK.

Lakes of Lavender resembles beautiful summer evenings, as the aroma of Lavender drifts across the lakes of home, and brightens your imagination with days of our misspent youth and the time we had.

This recipe combines the traditional botanicals of Juniper and Angelica Root , Coriander and purest Wheat Spirit, with the added opulence of Crushed Black Pepper Corns, Orange and Grapefruit and soaked in fresh Lavender. Charlie and Ed of Wood bros Distilling have helped create this beautiful Dry Gin.
