Tripel Bassett is a cracking example of a Belgian Blond abbey style beer.  Full of complex, estery, spicy character, the beer carries huge flavours and aromas without tasting boozy or strong, despite being 8.9% ABV.

Hops: Saaz, Hallertau, Bramley Cross, East Kent Goldings
Yeast: Belgian Abbey
